Insight Project Services comprises a team of experienced and talented project management professionals and we are pleased to welcome Mark Divilly to the IPS team.

Mark is an experienced Senior Project Manager with over 12 years’ experience leading project teams and delivering successful outcomes for his Clients on a diverse range of projects in a variety of sectors. Marks experience extends the full extent of the project lifecycle from pre-development through to delivery and handover.

Mark will be a valuable contributor to the continued success of IPS in delivering exceptional outcomes for our Clients and building upon the $3.5b of projects we have successfully delivered since 2011

Base Build Project Manager and Superintendent

Project Jandakot City Holdings (JCH) engaged Insight Project Services (Insight) to oversee and project manage the design and construction of the base building works for the new Western Diagnostics Head Office and Laboratory Facility in Jandakot.

The site is 19,796m2 and the new facility has been designed specifically to suit the bespoke operational requirements
of the Tenant.

The facility consists of a 2,966m2 laboratory inclusive of amenities, a two (2) storey office of 1,690m2,
680m2 Warehouse and 575m2 of plant and service areas. The site will be provided with parking for 300 cars and
42 courier bays.

Western Diagnostics specific requirements have been incorporated into the design from inception. Tenant specific servicing provisions have been included to cater for the Tenants fitout and equipment assembly.

Project MKSEA Pty Ltd (MKSEA) engaged Insight Project Services (Insight) to oversee and project manage the design and construction of the new Silk Logistics Distribution Facility, which is the second major industrial facility constructed in the Roe Highway Logistics Park Kewdale.

The site is 40,344m2 and the new facility has been designed specifically to suit the bespoke operational requirements of the Tenant.

The facility consists of a 21,000m2 warehouse facility inclusive of amenities and dock office. An office of 500m2 will be provided and parking for 75 cars. The external hardstand comprises approximately 15,540m2 of heavy-duty and light-duty concrete pavement. The facility stores more than 500,000 Litres of various classes of Dangerous Goods and includes ICB Diesel storage and Aerosol storage. Class 3 DG’s are stored in a fully racked and ESFR sprinkler protected portion of the Warehouse.  Rainwater harvesting and a roof top 100kW solar PV array are included in the scope of works.

Silk’s requirements have been incorporated into the design from inception with racking, loose furniture, security, IT,
WIFI services all being delivered under the Head Contract with Q Design and Construct.

Cockburn Gateway Shopping City Stage 4A Redevelopment

Our Role Project Manager and Superintendent

Project Perron Group engaged Insight Project Services to project manage the design and construction of the first stage of the multi-stage redevelopment and expansion of the Cockburn Gateway Shopping City into a high-quality mixed-use retail, commercial and residential complex.

The Gateway Shopping City is wholly owned by Perron Group and comprises of over 170 tenancies and 4,300
car bays.

The Stage 4A works involve the demolition of the existing feature structural members at the North entry to the centre, the relocation of existing Centre Management Offices and landlord’s infrastructure, new office tenancies, a 1800m2 new entertainment tenancy, new restaurants, rectification of existing waterproofing issues on the existing car deck, a new 750m2 two-level childcare building, internal modifications and refurbishment to the mall, construction of a new main north entry involving new vertical access, facades and expanded tenancies (inclusive of new stairs, escalators and a car ramp).

The sequencing, coordination and communication of the works are of paramount importance in order to minimise operational impacts on centre.

Our Role Project Manager and Superintendent

Project Jandakot City Holdings engaged Insight Project Services as Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of Bunzl Australasia Limited’s new Western Australian office and primary warehouse distribution centre.

The project stems from a need to agglomerate three (3) existing Bunzl distribution facilities across the state into one primary, 24/7 facility.

Across a 39,200m2 site the facility consists of 19,000m2 of warehouse, 1200m2 of office, 116 car-bays and is inclusive of all amenities and a staff alfresco.

Though designed to meet Bunzl’s current requirements, we are proud to be delivering a new facility tailored to accommodate product variance, product change and to meet enhanced distribution capabilities as Bunzl grows and develops as a business.

Iron Mountain Project – Achieves PC 6 Weeks of Schedule

IPS are pleased to announce the completion of the new Iron Mountain Document Storage facility in Boom Street Gnangara.  The project was delivered 6 weeks ahead of schedule and 100% defect free on the date for PC.  It is by far and away the most complete project we have overseen and delivered to a client on the date for PC.  Capstone and its entire project team have delivered a great project of exceptional quality and we had an enjoyable project journey along the way.

New Silk Logistics Warehouse and Office – WA

IPS are pleased to confirm our appointment as project manager and superintendent for the new Silk Logistics Warehouse and Head Office Perth WA.  The project has been awarded to Q Design & Construct Builders and will be practically complete by 1 March 2020.  We have a challenging road ahead, however nothing the IPS team hasn’t seen or done before.

Insight were proud to kick off the new Western Diagnostics Project with Jandakot and PS Structures this morning.  The project will be a bespoke purpose built facility to suit the needs of the Tenant – Western Diagnostics and will incorporate the latest best practice pathology and lab diagnostic practices.  Insight act as the Superintendent and Project Manager on behalf of the Landlord – Jandakot City Holdings and can’t wait to deliver another successful project with one of our best clients.
