Insight were proud to kick off the new Western Diagnostics Project with Jandakot and PS Structures this morning.  The project will be a bespoke purpose built facility to suit the needs of the Tenant – Western Diagnostics and will incorporate the latest best practice pathology and lab diagnostic practices.  Insight act as the Superintendent and Project Manager on behalf of the Landlord – Jandakot City Holdings and can’t wait to deliver another successful project with one of our best clients.

IPS are very pleased to be assisting UWA’s Campus Management team with their internal capital works program with 2 IPS personnel recently appointed to work alongside the UWA team in their Nedlands office on Broadway.

23 April 2019 – New Vulcan Stainless Steel Workshop achieves Practical Completion

Insight Project Services are very pleased to have been part of the successful completion and hand over of the new Vulcan Stainless Steel Workshop in the Jandakot Airport Precinct today.

We congratulate Chrome Construction for another successful project and completing the project on time and with the same can do attitude we have come to expect from Matt Jambanis and his team.

10 April 2019 – New Kincrome Distribution Warehouse Rises Out of the Ground

The new Kincrome Distribution Warehouse in the Old Swan Brewery Industrial Estate (City of Canning) is charging ahead under the watchful eye of Pirone Builders and Insight Project Services (IPS).  The project is the first between Pirone Builders and IPS and we are pleased to say that Adrian and his team have been a pleasure to work with and we look forward to the next milestone the project achieves.

12 March 2019 – New Techtronics Warehouse achieves Practical Completion

Insight Project Services are very pleased to have been part of the successful completion and hand over of the new Techtronics Warehouse in the Jandakot Airport Precinct today.

We congratulate Chrome Construction for completing the project on time and with little fuss.  It has been a pleasure to work with Matt Jambanis and Nova Nuralda and we look forward to completing the next one – Vulcan Stainless Steel in 4 weeks’ time.

February 2019 – Kincrome achieves Building Permit Approval and Pirone Construction Occupy Site

Pirone Builders have commenced work on site for the new Kincrome Warehouse and works are progressing well.  Practical Completion is due in September 2019.

January 2019 – Iron Mountain achieves Building Permit Approval and Capstone Construction Occupy Site

Insight Project Services are delivering the new Iron Mountain facility in Perth and are pleased to announce that Capstone Constructions have secured the forward works building permit for the project and occupied site in early February 2019.  Works are well underway and we look forward to another successful project with the Capstone, Linc Property and Gibb Group team.

January 2019 – Oceaneering Expansion achieves Practical Completion

The expansion of the existing Oceaneering Workshops at Jandakot achieved PC in January 2019 with PS Structures delivering another quality asset for Jandakot City Holdings.  We hope Oceaneering enjoy the new facility.

December 2018 – IPS Appointed to Schenck Process Warehouse and Workshops Project

We are pleased to announce that Jandakot City Holdings (JCH) appointed Insight to the role of Project Manager and Superintendent for the new Schenck Process Warehouse, Office and Workshops.  The project consists of 1,300sqm of new office space, 10,560sqm of Workshop and Warehouse space, 144sqm of wash/blasting bays, parking for 218 vehicles and approximately 26,000sqm of external concrete hardstand pavements.  PS Structures have been appointed as the Design and Construct Builder and the project was kicked-off on 3 December 2018 with Practical Completion scheduled for 20 December 2019.
