TALGP appointed Insight Project Services (IPS) to deliver a new mixed use development at Campbell Road in Canning Vale. The development comprises of a 102 place childcare centre, 3000m2 of large format retail and a 250m2 restaurant all supported by 155 carbays. IPS managed the project from initial concept design through to completion and handover, including superintendent services.
Unique features of this project include the requirement for modifications to the adjacent road infrastructure, which is being staged to ensure the design is approved by the relevant authorities and works completed within the project timeframe, while also ensuring that interruption to local businesses is minimised.
IPS worked with the Client and anchor tenants to ensure tenants needs are met while optimising the design and maintaining cost efficiencies, in addition to developing the procurement strategy for the delivery of the works relative to the key risks and parameters.
The development will commence trading in 2022.
