Hesperia engaged Insight Project Services to project manage the design and construction of the new ATOM Head Office and Warehouse in Roe Highway Logistics Park, Kenwick Western Australia.

The new facility has been designed to accommodate ATOM’s Western Australian head office, warehousing and retail business.

The facility consists of a 24,200sqm warehouse facility, 1,890sqm main office over 2 levels, 2 warehouse offices each with 200sqm, 10 ongrade Loading Docks, and 8,000sqm of container rated hardstand with connectivity to the adjacent Kenwick Rail Interchange Facility.



The Facility is designed and built to meet 5 Star Green Star requirements.
