Hesperia engaged Insight Project Services to project manage the design and act as Superintendent on the construction of their first development at Hazelmere Interchange Perth Western Australia which included two individual buildings on Lot 1499 delivered over two separable portions. Hazelmere Interchange has direct access to key air and rail freight transport facilities along with major arterial roads including Great Eastern Highway, Roe Highway, Tonkin Highway and Abernethy Road.


The development consists includes 2 separate warehouse and office buildings being 10,000sqm and 5,000sqm each having office accommodation of 250sqm delivered over two separable portions.


Both buildings have been designed to 5 Star Green Star certification.
