Starcorp Property engaged Insight Project Services to project manage the design and construction of a new Tyre Wholesale and Distribution facility in Kurnell New South Wales (NSW).

The new site has been designed to accommodate Tempe Tyres main warehousing and tyre storage requirements for their logistics and corporate operations in NSW.

The facility consists of a 2 storey 1,000sqm corporate office, 20,000sqm warehouse facility with 44 dock positions and a large 10,000sqm 3 storey tyre storage mezzanine.



Externally the facility is designed to accommodate container stacking, full perimeter access with recessed dock and fuel and truck wash facilities along with parking for up to 100 cars.
