Schaffer engaged Insight Project Services to project manage the design and construction a speculative warehouse proposed as a multi-tenancy warehouse. The building has commenced on site and is due for completion in Q1 2027.


The facility consists of one large multi-tenancy warehouse that spans 12,391sqm and can be split into three tenancies.


There is a total of 1,179sqm of office space, being 186sqm first floor and 207sqm ground floor office available per proposed Tenancy.


There are 107 car bays available and approximately 6,000sqm of hardstand, split into secure yards matching proposed tenancy splits.


There is a shared fire pump and tank system servicing the entire Lot.


The development is proposed to be 4-star Greenstar Design and Built certified project with 200kW Solar PV Array installed on the roof of the first building.
