Hesperia engaged Insight Project Services to project manage the design and act as Superintendent on the construction of their specifically designed facility for WEIR MINERALS AUSTRALIA at Hazelmere Interchange Perth Western Australia.

The 36,500sqm site accommodates a facility consisting of a 7,500sqm warehouse, 4,500sqm workshop housing 80t, 50t and 20t gantry cranes along with assembly, paint and sand blast rooms. There are 2 office areas with the main office at the front of site and workshop office at the rear of the site. There are 160 car bays provided on site with future provision for a further 45.



The Facility is being designed as a 5 Star Green Star building.
