Hesperia engaged Insight Project Services to project manage the design and construction of the new CEVA Logistics Warehouse at 54 Lakes Road in Hazelmere, Western Australia. The new facility has been designed as either a single use tenancy or split tenancy of Warehouse 1 at 22,500sqm and Warehouse 2 at 15,000sqm, suitable for any typical logistics provider.


The facility consists of the following key accommodation: 

  • 37,500sqm overall warehouse facility 
  • Double level 1,050sqm of premium office space 
  • 20 Recessed loading docks (10 with dock levelers) 
  • Two Dock offices of 115sqm each 
  • 12,000sqm of external HD concrete hardstand 
  • 15,000sqm of external concrete hardstand and ring road 
  • 4,300sqm of asphalt for Light Vehicle parking 


Fire Services are fed from a fire tank and fire pump facility on the southern boundary of the Site.
