Our Role: Project Manager and Client Representative
Arrow Capital engaged Insight Project Services to project manage the design and act as Superintendent under the initial building contract and client representative on subsequent building contracts following the initial main contractor going into liquidation in 2022.
IPS worked with the client and subcontractors to restart the project and bring it to completion under a Construction Management Contract. The development is comprised of a 20,000sqm warehouse, 20,000sqm hardstand and a 600sqm office.
This new facility is tenanted by Northline who have relocated from their previous facility.
