Hesperia engaged Insight Project Services to project manage the design and construction of the new Hasfarm Head Office, Warehouse and Production Facility in Hazelmere Western

Australia. Hasfarm takes delivery of bulk farm fresh flowers into a 13-Degree C temperature-controlled warehouse (including a 2-Degree C Chiller for flower longevity and

preservation). The bulk flowers are processed into finished floral arrangements which are distributed to major supermarkets throughout Western Australia. In addition, Hasfarm operates a flower wholesaling shop front called Flower HQ which is a trade only outlet where florists can purchase unprocessed or specifically ordered fresh flowers.

The facility consists of a 4,443sqm warehouse facility, 698sqm office, a recessed dock with 4 docks, external HD concrete hardstand of approximately 2,543qm and 1,891sqm

of asphalt for parking facilities.

Fire Services are fed from a common fire tank and fire pump facility servicing a private industrial estate owned by Hesperia.

Hesperia set high standards for the project as evidenced by the quality of finish achieved.
