Hesperia engaged Insight Project Services to project manage the design and construction of the new Qube Energy Office and Warehouse Facility in Kenwick Western Australia.

The new site has been designed to accommodate Qube Energy’s Western Australian Operations.

The facility consists of a 36,000sqm warehouse facility including Dehumidification and Quarantine Rooms, 800sqm office, 2 two level dock offices and an MHE Workshop.

The facility will have 19 ongrade docks, 120,000sqm external HD concrete including Container Rated hardstand, multiple heavy duty washdown bays and parking facilities for 175 cars. 

The Facility is designed to 5 Star Green Star requirements.
