Hesperia engaged Insight Project Services to project manage the design and construction of the new Toll Pharmaceuticals Warehouse in Hazelmere Western Australia. The new facility has been designed to meet the specific bespoke requirements of Toll.
The facility consists of a 550sqm 2 Degree Coolroom, 5,552sqm 15 Degree Temperature Controlled Warehouse, Secure Vault, 280sqm office, a recessed dock with 2 docks, external heavy duty concrete hardstand of approximately 2,150sqm and 895sqm of asphalt parking facilities.
Fire Services are fed from a common Estate fire tank and pump facility servicing 5 separate sites.
The project included an expedited tenant access and fitout period that overlapped the construction phase by more than 8 weeks.
