Dexus engaged Insight Project Services to project manage the design and construction of the dual Tenancy facility at Site 500 Jandakot Airport. The facility commenced design with one Tenant secured and the other unsecured (speculative).

The building is currently in the design phase and is commencing on site shortly. 

The facility consists of two standalone warehouses.

Tenancy 1 includes 1,050sqm of warehouse with three roller shutter doors and a 95sqm mezzanine office.

Tenancy 2 includes 594sqm of warehouse with two roller shutter doors and a 95sqm mezzanine office.

The two tenancies share 1,400sqm of hardstand.

There are 13 car bays available for Tenancy 1 and 12 for Tenancy 2.
