CAREER OVERVIEW:

Nicholas is a Senior Project Manager with more than 15 years experience delivering complex building projects across Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Drawing on his architectural background, Nicholas specialises in design-led project delivery, multidisciplinary consultant coordination and the successful management of technically complex projects from concept through completion.

Nicholas has developed expertise in project and design management, procurement, contract administration, stakeholder engagement and consultant leadership. His architectural training provides a strong understanding of design intent and technical coordination, enabling him to effectively manage the interface between clients, consultants and contractors while balancing program, budget, quality and constructability objectives.

Throughout his career, Nicholas has successfully delivered projects across the industrial, workplace, retail, hospitality, education and mixed-use sectors for leading organisations including Curtin University, Navitas, Brookfield Properties, BHP, Apple, Equinox and Ballymore. His experience includes delivering projects within live operational environments where planning, communication and risk management are critical to successful outcomes.
