The Leederville Square development is a six-storey commercial office and retail development with adjoining six storey car park, purpose-built for the new ABN Group Headquarters. This high-profile development is strongly supported by the City of Vincent, and has revitalised Leederville town centre, which has had major benefits for local businesses, and is a boost for Leederville’s diverse mix of cafes, restaurants, and bars.

IPS were engaged by FJM Property as Project Manager and Superintendent for the base build work construction that commenced in October 2019 and was completed in June 2021.

IPS worked closely with FJM, ABN PACT contractor on this complex landmark project to deliver the building on time and on budget.

The building’s summary of accommodation is as follows:

• 7,793m² Office Floor Space on Levels 1 to 5.
• 1,021m² Retail Showroom / Selection Centre on the Ground Floor.
• 219 m² Café / Restaurant / Retail space fronting the Southern Laneway.
• Six-storey car park including 161 car bays and 15 motorcycle bays, which will be used as a public car park outside of normal business hours.
• Service lane for deliveries and loading, with stopping bays for visitor access.
• GBCA 5 Star Green Star ‘As-Built’ and 5 Star Nabers rating.
• Designed and built in accordance with PCA A-Grade building standards
