Handle Property Group (HPG) engaged Insight Project Services (Insight) to oversee and provide Superintendence Services to manage the construction administration of the residential development complex entitled “Red Castle” located in Lathlain, Western Australia.

The development provides 141 Residential apartments over 7 levels including 2, 2-storey Penthouse apartments. This luxury development with five-star fitout comprises a combination of 1 x 1 bed, 2 x 2 and 2 x 1 bed options, ample parking and bike storage. Located within walking distance to Crown Perth, Perth’s premier entertainment precinct, Burswood Train Station and just minutes to the CBD, Curtin University and Perth Airport.

HPG managed the builder procurement under a Design and Construct Agreement and were the Project Manager for the development. Insight worked alongside HPG to ensure their project objectives were met.
