Gibb Group (SA) Pty Ltd engaged Insight Project Services (Insight) to oversee and project manage the design and construction of the new Northline Transport Distribution Facility in Adelaide.

The 10,000m2 facility comprises 6,000m2 of freight warehouse, 3,500m2 ambient warehousing a 500m2 office and administration area, with an ancillary 450m2 workshop and washbay all supported by 16,000m2 of heavy duty paving and car parking.

Situated in Regency Park on Gallipoli Drive, the land adjoins the Pacific National Freight Rail Terminal. The subject allotment was specifically created for Northline, who are an existing customer of Pacific National. The site will afford direct rail side access, allowing Pacific National access to and from Northline’s site to deliver and pick up containers.

The development required close cooperation between several State Government agencies, Utilities and the Local Council in order to provide essential infrastructure to the site via the Hindmarsh - Enfield - Port Adelaide (HEP) Drain corridor, owned by the State Government.
