St Vincent De Paul Society (Vinnies) in Western Australia, operated from a head office located in Belmont and a Depot (including office and retail shop) in Osborne Park. Forecast growth of Vinnies retails outlets and the expansion of Welfare services in general gave rise to the need to expand their facilities.

Vinnies engaged Insight Project Services (Insight) to oversee and Project Manage the design and construction of the new Vinnies combined Depot, Head Office and Retail Outlet on a greenfield site at the old Swan Brewery in Canning vale Perth WA.

The development consists of 5,048m2 of depot/warehouse space, 1,104m2 of office space, 310m2 of retail outlet, associated amenities, 114 car bays and external hardstand and landscaping.

The project required close coordination with Vinnies, with Insight having provided both advice and guidance from the original feasibility study, business case, site procurement and construction.
