Jandakot City Holdings (JCH) engaged Insight Project Services (IPS) to oversee and project manage the design and construction of the new Schenck Process Warehouse and Workshop Facility in Jandakot.

The site is 38,989m2 and the new facility has been designed specifically to suit the bespoke operational requirements of the Tenant. 

The facility consists of a 10,560m2 warehouse and workshop facility inclusive of amenities and lunch room space. An office of 1,500m2 will be provided and parking for 218 cars. The external hardstand comprises approximately 26,000m2 of heavy-duty concrete pavement. 4 x 30T travelling gantry cranes are included in the scope of work.

Schenck’s requirements have been incorporated into the design from inception. Tenant specific servicing provisions have been included to cater for the Tenants assembly requirements and specialist blasting and washdown facilities.
