Insight Project Services continued their partnership with Coles Group Property Developments, with our engagement as Project Manager and Superintendent for the new Vasse Village Shopping Centre and Coles Express. The development features a 3,750m2 Coles Supermarket in the latest market-style store layout, offering customers an expanded bakery, in store butcher, as well as an expanded fresh food offering. Accompanying the Coles Supermarket is a Liquorland (200m2), Coles Express Fuel Station, 180 car bays and associated external works. The Village adopts the Perron Group CODA Design Guidelines to reflect the historical significance of the region.

The development is a prime example of collaborative community engagement blending local materials and a country atmosphere to the experience of grocery shopping.
