Dexus engaged Insight Project Services to project manage the design and construction of the new Marley Spoon Warehouse and Production Facility at the Jandakot Airport Estate.

The new facility has been designed specifically to suit the bespoke operational requirements of the Tenant (Marley Spoon).

The facility consists of a 14,000sqm warehouse facility, inclusive of 800sqm of freezer space, 2,600sqm of refrigerated production space, and 1,400sqm of office space.

The external hardstand comprises of approximately 6,000sqm of heavy-duty concrete pavement, and 4,600sqm of asphalt for parking facilities. The facility stores food produce and serves as the production facility for Marley Spoon's operations.

Marley Spoon’s requirements have been incorporated into the design from inception, with their specific fitout requirements of the refrigerated areas and their equipment all being delivered under the main Head Contract with Capstone Construction.
