Storm Cape Pty Ltd engaged Insight Project Services (Insight) to oversee and project manage the design and construction of the new Iron Mountain Warehouse and Office Facility in Gnangara Perth.

The site is 18,825m2 and the new facility has been designed specifically to suit the bespoke operational requirements of the Tenant. 

The facility consists of a 11,490m2 warehouse, 500m2 Vault, 700m2 of office inclusive of amenities and lunch room space. 

Unique to the project is a 4 hour fire rated 500m2 double volume secure storage vault that is gaseous fire suppressed and atmospherically controlled for the highest quality of document storage and care.
