Jandakot City Holdings (JCH) engaged Insight Project Services (Insight) to oversee and project manage the design and construction of the new Tyremax Distribution Facility.

The site is 31,660sqm and the new facility has been designed specifically to suit the bespoke operational requirements of the Tenant. 

The facility consists of a 12,235sqm warehouse facility inclusive of amenities and lunch room space. An office of 320sqm will be provided and parking for 75 cars. The external hardstand comprises approximately 15,000sqm of heavy-duty and light-duty concrete pavement. The facility stores tyres for distribution throughout WA and is a high hazard fire risk.

Tyremax’s requirements have been incorporated into the design from inception, with racking, loose furniture, security, IT, WIFI services all being delivered under the Head Contract with PS Structures.
