Insight Project Services have managed the delivery of 8 new Masters Home Improvement Stores across the Perth metropolitan area since our appointment in 2011. All of these commissions were negotiated re-appointments.

Each Masters Home Improvement Project is circa $17M inclusive of siteworks and each includes approximately 13,200m2 of floor space covering garden centre, trade and retail areas, loading docks, offices, amenities, parking for approximately 320+ cars and all other associated items.

Insight’s role extended to include fitout liaison and transition, tenancy coordination for perimeter tenancies where they are provided and external roadworks management.
