The Halls Head Central Shopping Centre, owned in partnership by Federation Centres and ISPT, is a $45M expansion project substantially increasing the size of the existing centre to over 19,000m2 from 6,000m2.

The project encapsulates a refurbishment of the existing centre and an expansion of 13,000m2 of mixed retail use. The expanded centre comprises a new Kmart store, new Aldi supermarket, over 6,000m2 of specialty retailers and an alfresco casual dining precinct. The car park will be increased by the construction of 600 new car bays.

Insight Project Services were engaged to provide project management services from concept design phase through to the completion of the centre in March 2016.
