This project is the third undertaken by Insight on behalf of this Client and is similar to The Quarie Tavern project. The Vale was complex as a result of the high quality finish and detailed coordination required between the Client’s kitchen and bar fitout team and the builder.

The project includes a drive through bottle shop, full serve restaurant and tavern, alfresco dining areas and more than 160 carparking spaces. The finishes included industrial materials, polished concrete floors and high quality stone finishes to bars.

IPS have worked on the project from inception and negotiated the construct only contract with the builder from a shortlist of 3 tenderers.
