The Park Hive Shopping Centre is a small community shopping centre built on a greenfields site off Russell Road approximately 20km south of Perth.

The Centre includes a Cafe, Pharmacy/Surgery, Newsagent and an 800m2 IGA Supermarket.

The overall Centre is approximately 1,300m2 and includes 69 onsite car bays, associated malls, amenities, refrigeration and loading dock.

The Project was successfully completed on time and without incident for a private developer.
