This project was the second undertaken by Insight on behalf of CCI Group and similar to The Park Hive Shopping Centre was on a greenfields site directly opposite the Park Hive. This project was complex as a result of the high quality finish and detailed coordination required between the Clients kitchen and bar fitout team and the Builder.

The Project included a drive through bottle shop, full serve restaurant and tavern, alfresco dining areas and more than 100 carparking spaces. The finishes included nationally sourced laminated exposed timber hyne beams, polished concrete floors and high quality timber finishes to bars, doors, wall cladding and ceiling systems.

Challenges faced by the Project were numerous including the discovery of unsuitable material on site on commencement and the late 2010 Queensland floods damaging the hyne beams prior to delivery. The developer overcame these issues with IPS’s support and guidance.
