CK Group engaged Insight Project Services (IPS) as Project Manager and Superintendent for the design and construction of a new 92 place Think NIDO Childcare Centre located at 29 – 31 Acacia Way, Duncraig.

The site is a brownfield site of 1,830sqm in area with 530sqm of childcare space notably 6 group activity areas, in addition to two separate outdoor playscape areas to both ground and first floor levels totalling 693sqm, with 27 car bays.



The project resides on an amalgamated lot previously consisting of two residences, and addresses the need for quality childcare facilities in the area and has great exposure to busy Marion Avenue within the established suburb of Duncraig.
